The 7 Minute Workout

Weight Loss Program

Hello my name is David Edmonds founder of the MLM Manager Pro Marketing Team and this is my story of why I signed up with 7 Minute Workout at 52 years old, 257 pounds and a two pack a day smoker a month after back surgery.

.
I had back surgery September 1st 2011 and suffered thru the month of September with horrible pain and discomfort. My third follow up visit with my surgeon on October the 1st I was told that I needed to join a gym and was given a set of exercises to begin my rehab. The only good thing about September was not a single cigarette.

.
On my way home I stopped and join my local gym (Huntsville Wellness Center) that is owned by our local hospital system. When I got home that day I had an email from a fellow online marketer by the name of Joel Therein that I have done business with for a couple of years in his GVO Hosting Program informing me that he was launching a fitness program that he was calling 7 Minute Workout.

.
Well without even thinking about the 7 Minute Workout program I signed up. Being the lazy couch potato that I had become over the last 20 or 30 years the thought that I could workout for 7 minutes and get in shape was right up my alley.

.
Fast forward 45 days to 11-14-2011 using Joels 7 Minute Workout and still smoke free I am happy to report that I am now down to 237 pounds and my clothes are getting loose and am able to wear some that have not seen the light of day in many years.

Update 2-22-2012 Down to 230 lbs and 2 more inches off waist

.
I am starting to feel much better mentally and am looking forward to loosing this last 25 pounds. The 7 Minute Workouts are getting results and the food tracker makes it very easy to get your diet under control. That has helped me more than the 7 Minute Workouts when it comes to losing weight. Being from the south I did not believe in leaving food on my plate or leftovers.

Just what is that?

When I first heard of Joel Therien and Chris Reid’s new program the 7 Minute Workout, I have to say I was skeptical. Being an active person, but not into exercise, the idea of being able to get in shape in only 7 minutes a day seem pretty far fetched.

Having worked with Joel Therien in his other businesses and knowing his background as a champion level body builder, I figured he pretty much established himself as an expert, at least in my book.

So I jumped right in (October 1st 2011) and became a guinea pig of sorts with the 7 Minute Workout program. While weight loss was the main issue for me, getting back some weight, hopefully in the form of muscle, was my goal.

I quickly found that while the 7 Minute Workouts were indeed a great way to build muscle and strength. With the need for only 7 minutes a day every, other day, it wasn’t too hard to get my 7 Minute Workout instilled into my sub-concious.

The great thing about the work out is that it is short enough, so I can get it in every other day and feel great right after. I do have to say that it was surprising to find myself pretty sore the next day, or two, depending on the workout. I didn’t think that such a short workout could do so much to my body.

Now that I am in the routine of doing my 7 Minute Workout on a regular basis, I have found even more uses for the 7 minute part.

I have begun to develop my 7 Minute Workout. This is something that I now apply to many things in my life. 5 minutes never seems long enough and 10 minutes can seem like an eternity. So the 7 minutes fits right in.

One example of applying a 7 Minute Workout to my life is in the area of food and meals. Eating nutrient dense food will generally involve buying the right food items, prepping and cooking, just to be able to eat. I find that I can easily lose hours a day just in trying to make sure I eat good and take a good suplement that you can find on Amazon.com

Now, this is Highly Important.  Having the motivation to continue, to move forward with each step, builds upon each step.  In fitness, energy, stamina and attitude.  A really nice Dynamic here with the 7 Minute Workout is allowing the body time to recuperate and this key helps prevent the workout burnout.  When your workout is a chore, its no fun.  Make it fun with the 7 Minute Workout and enjoy the results and success :)

Here’s to 7 Minute Workout for life!

Make every next 7 Minute Workout in your life the best 7 Minute Workout.
